Even more than that, merchant fees MAKE ZERO DIFFERENCE TO A CUSTOMER and their selections. THEY COULD PAY MERCHANTS TO USE THE SERVICE AND IT WOULDN'T MATTER.
CBA just don't get that in a mature bnpl market the strongest two sided network wins and as customer fees are zero if you pay on time, there's no pricing mechanism to take share. merchant pricing doesn't help either. they are just doomed.
