clearly the management have digested the recent resource upgrades.
With the new resource upgrades, they have in-house geologist , analysts and all resources to do a draft estimation on the upcoming PFS.
although their calculation might not be accurate, but i don't think it would be too far away from the April 2014 PFS. I guess this is the reason why they are buying.
