The way I see it, the tonnage is quite small currently, and people are going to want to see new tonnage figures. Not guesswork or anticipation, but hard figures.

If CSE can keep incrementally increasing the tonnage by finding another chloe or three in the surrounding area, brown fields is basically gravy in their situation, especially if its open-pittable.
