You could have knocked me done with a feather when I read your post IGO4IT - and I'm being totally serious.
I do not doubt for a moment the integrity of your post, but I must say that everytime I have phoned or sent a respectful email to AAR, I've was either treated like a nuisance, or not responded to at all.
Maybe one of us spoke to 'temps'. That's about the only thing to me that would make any sense! :)
For the record, I showed the emails that weren't responded to to other AAR holders and both agreed they were written with respect and asked reasonable questions of management.
Hope they start treating ALL holders with the respect they show you.
