I found and continue to take great comfort from your return to the AAR thread. Coincidence perhaps, but I'd like to think you are a beautiful carrier pigeon who has flown in to provide us 'longs' with the occasional piece of manna from heaven. :)
As to that 'feeling' you have, perhaps someone with the necessary computer skills might pop up a link to that wonderfully uplifting Black Eyed Peas song "A Gotta Feeling".
