    What do you mean by "jurisdictional" risk associated with M & A ??
    Or do you mean Sovereign risk ?
    I think Australia is not even nudging 1% of global GDP. We are a minnow.
    Immigration & I/O is basically is what is keeping the lights on in Australia.
    Red tape here is some of the worst in the world how ever it is 2nd to actually getting a mine from Greenfields to operational name plate. Getting rid of Left Wing Socialist politics would of course help.....
    BHP must and of course will be buying existing mines operational along with feed line back up like the latest acquisition.
    I understand the area or the triangle as it is a hot bed of commodities but Sovereign risk there is and could be a nightmare.
    South America has always been volatile.
    We MUST AQUIRE AA. SFR even..."ANYTHING"....by all accounts 2023 with 50 million of requirement going forward *?* where is the world going to get that kind of tonnage...
