Yep,'Used Moggie' and all;all BTV have to do is offer RCP a Script offer of One BTV Share for SAY Six RCP Shares which would valve RCP Shares at Two Cents for 51% of the RCP Shares then BTV would have a very near term Copper etc. Project and BTV would have the necessary Cash to develop the project and take some Chairs on the Board and move a Couple of others aside and I think we could guess who,of what is presently the Board of RCP.
Another thing which would be appealing for BTV would be the Tax losses of approx. $75,000,000 which RCP has available and just have a 'looksie' at how DOM have handled a Tax loss position similar to that.
Yep, I hope the Directors of BTV read this Posting and 'put their Thinking Caps' on. The Opportunity is there while that RCP Lot fool around trying to give that SRE Lot more RCP Shares at a very low price considering the near Term Copper Production phase of RCP and the highly Prospective Leases which RCP hold.
