Although new home building in the US has gone down the tubes, I can think of a country with double the population of the US that is building houses/factories/apartments at a rate of 1xAustralia per year.
That's right - the equivalent of 1 Australia every year.
Now you know why I own a crap load of iron ore stocks.
A few people tell me the Chinese build quality is poor.. which is even better.. because they'll need even more materials to rebuild when the buildings fall down.
