If the questions are genuine then, as I said, it shows a complete lack of understanding of the basics. No idea.
Otherwise, I think the term you want is a "loaded question" - designed to scare other people who may not know better.
It's one or the other - you pick.
In any case, the answers to those questions are very basic and I answered them for you. On the ASX, a company does not get delisted for simply having a low share price, and the lowest price for an on-market trade is 0.1cents.
