Encounter Resources Ltd (“Encounter”) is pleased to announce that aircore drilling has commenced at
the Aileron project (100% ENR) in the West Arunta region of WA.
Commenting on the major aircore drill campaign, Managing Director Will Robinson said:
“This aircore drill program will include the first pattern-testing of numerous exciting targets defined
in this highly fertile, new mineral belt. We will start with broad spaced aircore traverses and then
prioritise closer spaced drilling based on initial observations.
We believe that aircore drilling will be a fast and cost-effective method to test for the presence of
shallow, enriched niobium-REE carbonatite hosted mineralisation. RC/diamond drilling would then
follow to determine continuity and scale.
The diamond rig will arrive at Aileron in the next two weeks to start drilling at the Perce IOCG target
and this rig would be utilised to provide rapid diamond core follow up for the aircore program.
For the next few months we will have two rigs (~20,000m aircore and ~2,000m diamond) operating
at Aileron and we will also have access to an RC drill rig at short notice.

to be the next significant critical minerals province in WA. It is also a real boost to Rincon’s efforts to discover
the next major Nb-REE or IOCG deposit in the West Arunta Region.

Geophysical review of West Arunta tenure undertaken by Southern Geoscience Consultants (SGC).
• 9 target areas identified based on airborne magnetic data that have potential to represent carbonatite
intrusive Niobium and Rare Earth Element (REE) Mineralisation.
• Land Access agreement progressing with the Parna Ngururrpa Traditional Owners Group, with their
Board meeting to consider the agreement in May. (It's in draft form)
• Ongoing exploration success by WA1 delivering outstanding Niobium results approximately 90 kms to
the south of CuFe tenure, has resulted an influx of junior explorers to the region with a number of
parties planning drilling programs in coming months which will assist to inform CuFe’s exploration
efforts.
