A summary of what we know so far -
Currently GSF(or LRC to be precise) own 3 projects - Solwezi, Kabwe and Choma. They are undertaking due diligence on 3 tailing dumps with 103M tonnes of tailings that contain at least 258,000 tonnes of copper not including other minerals which were not assayed for such as gold, silver and cobalt (the latter the more likely).
Have an application pending for coal and uranium just south of the Kabwe project, and are currently in discussions relating to farm-in and joint venture opportunities with the Choma project.
I expect we should hear shortly in relation to the joint venture and coal/uranium projects hopefully followed by further announcements about more tailings. After the share holders meeting in a weeks time, and Johan has been voted to the board of GSF, we should hear the the acquisition of LRC is complete. This would be a good time to release some further announcements on their projects.
Later in the year we will start hearing about test results on these as well as more advanced mining projects in the pipeline. I would not expect anything JORC related until due diligence is completed.
The great thing is some of these projects can be earning income in a short time.
If they acquire any more tailing dumps, as well as coal and uranium, I'm going to need a bigger shed to store my money.
