but you do need to recognise that Buckingham has actually organised project finance for Atlas in the Philippines using a combination of facilities.
it takes time and it is involved. But MCB is well on the way and is in pre feasibility stage byand has the government support.
as they say Rome wasn’t built in a day!
and by the way rumour has that Buckingham is currently in the Phillipines to apply his experience!!
