You said it before; the facts are that CDU tried on a placement at $4.30 which failed miserably and the market knows that CDU need around 150 million to get going at Rocklands. That same market is now pricing in another placement at around $3.00 to $3.30 ( currently ) which is where the market is at plus the 20 cent dead cat bounce

Simple as that IMO
