As for Cook's attempt to purchase the Nifty mine and surrounding prospects -
1. He must be successful.
2. He must make it profitable, and it must be seen that he can do so.
3. He must get his shareholding support on side (so he can buy more little battlers)
At present IMO he scores 0/3 and hence the share price wrt peers. All could change soon and quickly.
