    Wow, that sure covers the spectrum, I would like to add that most of the metals are not used on their own. Molybdenum is an interesting one, not a metal we hear about but one I believe we will be hearing about more. Whilst working for my father in his scrap metal business he broke open a magnet and he told me that what was sparkling was molybdenum. Manganese was another metal he told me about, he did say that it was included in the steel used for railway lines to increase the durability required for the friction caused by rolling stock. Not too sure about this but I believe that zinc and lead make up solder. Dural is the strengthened aluminium used for window frames.
    Taking note of the yachts constructions and many were built with carbon.
    So having some mining companies in a portfolio is a good move, it's true that many metals have been taken over by plastics but I've yet to see plastic cookware.
