while that's the supposed theory, low p/e is caused by the bearish bias that the current commodity price isn't sustainable. All of sudden that perception has changed overnight, and happens to coincides with declining metal price (esp. copper), and p/e may not be as low as we think it is. The rio bidding war isn't helping the sustainability of miners' sp either. Anywayz, hopefully all of these are short-term stuff
