I would wait 17 days for the full year results before selling out. I suspect that the divi will be there (3c unfranked), and a 5% (or 164m shares)or 10% share buyback (or 328m shares) to consume approx $300m or $600m cash for the buyback and $100m for the divi). The buyback will tend to put a floor in the shareprice and "mop up" some of the "trader" shares. The price is then likely to settle a little higher.

If I get it wrong, and they do not do a buyback, it tells the market something about their plans going forward and that they need the cash for growth or development.

Your call though, I could be totally wrong.
