My understanding is that it will be a standard spin-off with owners of AUZ shares becoming owners of the new entity. Share holding would be in proportion to their percentage of AUZ shares. Presumably in a consolidated form that eg Sharehonders of each 20 AUZ shares would all receive 1 share of the new entity. Or whatever that percentage would be. I would like 100 to one, making the new entity seem of some value. (Hopefully the directors will not want a massive number of extra shares because of their "hard work getting it organised.")
