Don't expect any significant copper results from the hole just completed. 'Significant' copper would be visible if present and any dumbass geo would be able to identify it.

May be other minerals as suggested.

However this hole may also be barren. It is a very large system and it is not unusual for one part to be barren and for economic minerals to be in another part.

As suggested, significant copper at Palabora seems to occur in the carbonatite pipe. It doesn't look like they hit it here, but it may be nearby.

Would be great if it was much closer to surface to make for more rapid exploration (i.e. drilling).
