Comparable to Thailand - Mexico has copper depos with low grade and low cost.
Cananea Copper mine, the second largest copper mine in North America, @0,33% Cu, a porphyry copper deposit.
Belongs to Grupo Mexico, it is not produced at the moment.
Previous production parameters- Copper ore gradet between 0,34% and 0,15% is processed in an on-site leaching facility and
two solvent extraction and electr-winning (SX/EW) plants.Had produced Copper concentrates with an avarage 26,26% copper value.
