As most on this forum know, I am not the most knowledgable person when it comes to the specifics of mining. There has been some talk lately about our low grades of copper. Obviously they are not really high but we have so much of it and it is so close to the surface that I would have thought the economics are very good. Much better than digging to the depths of the earth to get it. I had a look on Wikipedia, and there is some information about the average grade of copper in new 21st century mines being 0.6 % .
I would be interested to hear from some of the more knowledgable fellows (and lady) on the forum about how our grades compare with mines that have similar grades and amounts and their topography and proximity of the site in regards to logistics. I will be with this company for a long time and will be buying more in early July when I get some more cash before dfs comes out. Early July should be around '3 days' before it is due.
