Interested to hear what information are you basing your downside 2016/17 assumption on?
International Copper Study Group forecast a small global deficit of 130,000 tonnes at their October meeting. Next meeting is at start of March so will be very interesting to see their revisions. Not sure on the track record of this mob however.
Assuming expansion proceeds to 32,500t and AIC are as forecast in September, then Tiger requires just less than $1.90/lb to service p+i on the loan based on my figures.
