I think it's because he's not under time pressure. In his mind he can see the end game and divvies down the line, says he doesn't need to raise capital so current share price is irrelevant to him. He said they did like 3 dozen iterations of the WL re-start mine plan to get it just right. And I reckon he's talking to every off-taker and debt provider on the planet to get the best terms. Chuck some strategic equity into the equation and when it all comes together I think he'll get us the best deals going around. But jeez you gotta stay strong or go nuts watching the daily price swings.
