the constant whining about "failing to deliver", "too costly", and "poor management decisions" seems to be reaching a peak. and then there is the old broker firm suddenly deciding it is time to down value. these are generally a good indicator that sentiment is about to change, and smart buyers are filling their pockets before the inevitable good news coming.
as they say, it's always darkest just before the dawn.
