Consideration for lithium is 3 x A$1m script payment.
At the current CCZ SP (3.4c), $1m is about 30 m shares.

The second payment is when CCZ has the good result of two drill-holes. At that time, CCZ SP might be much higher (hope so), then $1m translates to much less than 30m shares.

The third payment is when the lithium resource of at least 7Mt @ 1.3% Li2O is confirmed. If such resource is confirmed, then by that time CCZ SP is definitely not 3.4c, but very much higher, and number of shares in payment is very much lower than 30m.

So, the total of new shares in payment would be much less than 100m.
