    I agree. There should be no reason to raise right now. Next year is prepaid for a huge chunk and there is a substantial amount of news that actually should move the SP because of this being valued off resource now. So they should have flexibility when they raise, they are not desperate like they were previously.

    You are right, stranger things have happened though...
