Thats why we are deploying water sprays which are activated upon a certain wind speed coming through the mine site. I live several kms from a coal terminal with giant stockpiles of coal , water sprays turn on when ever wind is coming. No one complains of coal dust ever because its managed just like Rxm said we will do at the Hillside mine site.
