I tend to agree. The jump from $4 to $5 was extraordinarily quick. Probably too quick. I remember thinking $4.50 would be fantastic for a few quarters. If it settles around $4.70 I think we should all be happy as we are making money at those levels. Just meet the delivery targets and we will be ok I feel. Once we get some trust back, I think buyers will return. Here’s hoping anyway.
