    Indeed it is mostly due to the fact of the underground mine had not pushed the decline to the new huge ore body early on they was about half way to the new ore body down the decline when they put on care and maintenance and had significant sizemic activity in 25lv to get to another ore body left of the main decline huge fault line there so tried to focus on the push to the decline to get to the huge ore body there but due to price of copper and running out of ore.and costs of power decided to go care and maintenance and let's not forget the other mine right next door to jaguar that they can pump water out of with significant amount of copper left there as well as these gold findings. We will see if say money invested here will double as soon as reopening the people that held on from 60 cents and still here today keep holding on there is light at the end of the tunnel for this company
