I wonder where the rational is for a CR (as mentioned in several comments). Bell writes in their May research report that "We are expecting positive free cash flow in the June 2023 quarter with AIS’ balance sheetto benefit from an unwind of working capital that we estimate will be approximately $10m." If that indeed proves to be the case then I can't see why there would be a need for a Capital Raise.
