The only knock on the door here is going to be from SOL urging SH to come into the fold.
Practically they will get all their old assets back and two extra ones (Tritton and Cracow). Exchanging my AIS shares for SOL shares is fine by me. I have held SOL longer than I've held AIS/SRQ/Straits. Saves me the worry on how AIS is going to fund Stockman.
What you are concerned about is de minimis.
- As far as I know there is no debt covenants regarding the AIS $39m debt.
- At the current metal prices they can comfortably service that no worries.
