As there was a cash payment included in the takeover, you will have needed to include a capital gain/loss in your 2018 or 2019 tax return, depending on when you accepted the offer. You should have worked out the cost of your OZL shares then & the value will differ, depending on if you chose to use rollover relief or not. Check with your accountant.
