Robhal, I think that back in Oct they had plans of acquiring a backdoor listing thru a listed shell but decided that the dilution factor was too large so are now incorporating their own company in Canada. Maybe they don't have to issue many shares,if any,this way-maybe FQ will sell some of their shares to satisfy a sufficient spread of shareholders over there - sorry this is all conjecture on my part. Documentation please Bill-now would be fine!
