    Hey Clark 888 and others, thanks for the awesome analysis and benchmarking on this post.

    I have purchased a parcel of HAV shares this morning. Looks like HAV is significantly undervalued based on comparisons to peers. Why would that be? Is the PEPR pending a concern or is it the track record of the BOD to be able to raise the necessary capital?
