Yeah, but when have these guys ever consistently got it right.
My view is the China as the predominant copper consumer has more knowledge of and influence over the course of the poc than anyone, and China has been soaking it up at the $2 level, and it would be small change for them to buy the entire 2009 global production if they chose to.
China speaks on copper, I listen. Citi speak on copper and I wonder where their vested trading interests lie?
