    Hi Colin.

    SFR would be an expensive buy - but then BHP's buying OZL was a jaw dropper. Never say never. Matsa and Motheo would sit nicely in many big miners, though whether they could run them better is moot.

    I am interested to see BH & team build or buy another copper mine. Copper/zinc is fine by me.

    BH was not employed simply to run SFR well - he is there to build it into a copper major.

    Any copper acquisition would need to be reasonably big, at least in potential, to be meaningful. Unfortunately, every big miner is trawling for just that asset and all are cashed-up.

    One that springs to mind is Atalaya Mining, next door to Matsa. MC ~$US750m. Trafigura owns 21%, though they would be happy with just an off-take.

    Black Butte is still in resource definition drilling and can't be accelerated.

    Meanwhile, SFR is captive to the copper price. I dont think that is a problem.
