Personally, I am loathe to see a take over. It might be quick and remove everyone's stress and worry; but it would not unlock the inherent value in our company. The share price is at 5c. That is all institutions are prepared to pay atm. However, if we get the refinancing done on reasonable terms and with a sensible repayment profile - Then what is TGS worth? I venture it is North of 5c and well North of any opportunistic take over bid. We are here predominantly because of refinancing risk and a pissed off Broking community hell bent on extracting revenge over our "self funded" expansion to 50ktpa.
