Under 10% interest on debt funding?
I think not.
That's if there's any BoD around willing to consider a proposal to sign off on $250mil for a 6.3 year mine life.....that's what they'd be trying to sell to their shareholders in a climate where a global recession is all but a given.
The project is robust enough but you only have to look back to the mid 80's to mid 90's where it took a decade++ for it to play out. The timing's terrible!
