US may start to ease on rate rising and AU possibly follow after a dec rise who know,s, CR will be done and this is why the steady rise in the SP, manipulation to get a higher CR?, once we see a peak in rates then we should see financing follow as it will be at the highest possible rate for the lenders and this is why they were holding off. had to take some off the table and ended up doing it at a lower SP, bad choice but thats in hindsight, will we see 20c again, should do if financing is done but untill then it could get sold down after the raise as it could be done at a 25% discount which could be 7c, remember it would be a 25% discount of the average SP over a cause of 2 weeks.
