Inflation is disappearing. Many items are now far reduced in cost from 12 months ago. Container shipping rates affect just about everything you buy as many of your day to day goods are manufactured overseas. This breakdown is for the US and Australia is still lagging in shipping cost reductions but is significantly lower than 6 months ago. Wage growth this year is running at 3.1% in Australia (which is not a lot when you factor in Australia has averaged 2.3% wage rise annually over the last 10 years)
