that's fantastic for us.
However they can still export cathode just not concentrate. All it means is they have to smelter it in DRC.
This rule has been in place since 2013 so they are used to it being tge case and shouldn't effect them much.
it was a 6 month waiver that was expected to end so copper miners there would already have been prepared for it.
