When you read news articles and place that beside research quite often you get the real picture at hand.
Pretty sure some of the major copper producers are pushing the fake and false narrative to suit their agenda. Since the end of last year I have been bullish copper amongst the many news stories projected towards the public. Got criticised by some on here believing the copper price was going tank. Well here is proof of the pudding. My research was correct that copper would likely exceed expectations. It did as we hit a new high in the 1st week of March 2022.
Trafigura downplayed their hand which spread to LME reducing inventory. LME is run by the Hong Kong Exchange.
What happened to the copper price in this declining market?
haha. Look at the date of Bloomberg article compared to copper price chart. Copper prices increased not declined.
Now look at Trafigura's latest prediction. I wonder who was buying?
