10% of the company, large tranche. They won't make it as a single placement I would think, would be too much voting power. Especially in the current market where low ball offers are abounding. OZL at $25 for eg.
But there will be further consolidation in the copper sector, no doubt, so that augers well for us. Just hope this placement is put to bed soon.
Oh, and finance is announced. Have we all forgotten that?
