It was US$5.00lb not so long ago so maybe Dr Copper needs a trip to Specsavers coz there had been plenty of evidence of inflation late last year and early this year, just not reported. Dr Copper might suffer from short sightedness because there were other commodities rising in price to indicate inflation was rearing its ugly head long before the good Doctor woke up.....Dr Copper didn't take Russia's invasion too seriously either.
Plenty of argument on both sides but point number 2 is fair enough for mine.
