    Everytime they make a deal, the rates go up so back to the drawing board , will come once the reserve bank gives an indication on what will be the highest point, then the lenders will base it on that and lock it in, this means the lenders make more money as rates start to go down from the peak. just my thoughts, so patience is needed.
