For the price to go to $3 or $1 in the near future, we would expect there to be new information to drive that.
eg a fantastic deal on funding for the mine put in place by next week would no doubt raise the price.
An admission that its impossible to raise the required funds would send the price down.
Who knows what will come next?
In the absence of news, the price will often drift lower over time.
