As i said before, it has been six weeks only! How can you be sure that CDU is not currently negotiating and finalizing a deal with a bank? What surprises me is your assertion that "no one wants to talk to them"!
Epistemologically speaking, knowledge can be defined as "justified true belief" so we simply dont know untill we recieve an update from the management in relation to the funding.
