CDU's consultants made themselves look unnecessarily conservative by adopting a VERY low figure for their copper price, but in so doing they failed to show price sensitivity tables to demonstate to the viewer the impact of higher copper prices on future profits.
Having been a mineral economic consultant in my younger days ,I know that most reports would have said the impact on profits of a 100% metal price increase would be X%. But we can estimate this $US4 per pd impact ourselves to be 3 to 5 times the stated Rocklands profit using $US 2 per pd. Conix
