Hi James,

I guess to sell something that you dont own in most peoples views is morally wrong.

It would be interesting to really get to the roots of it all and find out why it was introduced.

I imagine the practise is widespread in Institutions who short on a very large scale to protect portfolios and pension funds etc.

Being legal you really cant blame some for taking quick large profits as was witnessed on 18 th August last when a very disappointing J O R C set off that huge drop in the price of Cudeco.
