Probably due to -
- repeated failure to achieve milestones/timelines that the company themselves set - remember how we were supposed to be up and running last November as just one example
- we still haven't proven yet that we can produce and ship concentrate - next Monday will help with that a little - hopefully they will have the full 1000 tons ready to ship
- full production is still a long way off due to needing to source another filter press, and current production rate is obviously very very slow
